Kaminski Auctions is pleased to announce a one-day auction featuring the personal scrimshaw collection of the iconic restauranteur Anthony Athanas of Anthony’s Pier 4 fame. The auction includes various items from his restaurants, Anthony’s Pier 4, General Glover House in Swampscott, Massachusetts, and Anthony’s Cummaquid Inn in Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, and his Swampscott, Massachusetts home. The auction will take place at the Athanas family warehouse at 44 Garden Street in Danvers, Massachusetts, starting at 11:00 AM EST.

Preview to be held at 44 Garden Street, Danvers, MA 01923, from April 17th-21st from 9 AM to 5 PM. Preview is open while the auction is live.

Kaminski Auctions May 20th auction features an important collection of vintage temple art and sacred objects from Bombay, India from a Harvard University professor and counselor. These classics are beautifully crafted by artisans in brass, copper, silver, and gold, many from the Essajees Atelier Collection of Colaba, Bombay, India. Some were gifts from Indian dowries that have been passed down through generations. There is also selection of fine art, silver, jewelry and furniture from various Florida and New England estates.

Preview takes place at Kaminski Auctions, 117 Elliott St. Beverly, MA, Monday-Saturday, May 15-20th, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and Saturday at 8:00 AM. The preview is open while the auction is live.

Auction November 12th

Kaminski Auctions announces an Estate, Jewelry, and Couture auction Saturday, November 12th starting at 11:00 AM EST. This auction features a spectacular collection of furniture, silver, and furnishings from a Boston penthouse, a jewelry collection from a Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts estate, and fur coats from a Massachusetts collection. The standout lot is a set of Jean E. Puiforcat, France, .925 silver flatware. The service for thirty-six, to be sold in 3 sets of 12, in the “Cannes” pattern, designed in 1928, has a gilt finish and bears the marks: E-penknife-P, Minerva hallmark, Puiforcat France. Also, from Puiforcat, France, is a “Foret Blanche” dinner set.

Preview for this auction takes place Monday- Friday, November 7-11th, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM, and the day of the sale starting at 8:00 AM at the Kaminski Auction gallery at 117 Elliott Street, Rt. 62, Beverly, Massachusetts. The preview is open while the auction is live.
